Description :

Try doing this beneficial physical activity to strengthen your body muscles. Do this exercise regulary to stay healthy.

This exercise is an excellent exercise to improve the strength of your core not only on the upper abdominal area but as well as those internal and external obliques that many other core exercises couldn't work on.

Steps :

1. Lie with your feet flat on the floor and knees bent. Put your arms on the sides and lift your shoulders off the floor.

2. Touch your right heel with your right hand and then hold for a second. Return to starting position and do it on the other side. Just do it alternately on both sides.
