This is easy to do regular physical exercise activity. All you need is your willpower to start working out and avail beneficial effects of exercise.
This exercise would definitely work on your glutes and hamstrings without any gym equipment!
1. Lie on your side, on the floor and extend your left arm past your head and stack your right leg on top of your left.
2. Now, bend your knees at forty-five (45) to ninety (90) degrees, keeping your feet aligned with your torso.
3. Then, lift your right knee slowly as high as you comfortably can.
4. Move your leg as if your feet and hips were the clam shells hinges.
5. Hold for a moment and then return your knee slowly to the starting position.
