This exercise is a good exercise to develop your whole abdominal area strength.
1. Lie flat on your back with your arms to your sides. Lift your arms off the floor and position them straight behind your head.
2. Next, slightly bend your knees and lift your legs off the floor, crunch forward and try to touch your toes. Then, slowly lower your legs and bring your arms back behind you.
