Description :

Steps :

1. This is just a variation of the planks. Just lie on your left side with your knees straight.

2. Next, prop your upper body up on your left/right elbow and forearm. Then, raise your hips until your body forms a straight line from your ankles to your shoulders.

3. That's it, just hold this position as long as you can. Repeat on the other side.
