The pullover is an exercise that is performed with either a dumbbell or a barbell.
1. Lie on upper back perpendicular to bench. Flex hips slightly. Grab one dumbbell from behind with both hands under inner plate of dumbbell. Now, position dumbbell over chest with elbows slightly bent.
2. Keeping elbows slightly bent throughout movement, lower dumbbell over and beyond head until upper arms are in-line with torso. Then, pull dumbbell up and over chest to complete a repetition.
