Wrist Extensions

Description :

Exercise using a dumbbell to strengthen the wrist extensor muscles on the top of the forearm.


Steps :

1. Grab your dumbbells with an overhand grip. Now, lift the dumbbells with your wrists and hold it for a second.

2. After that, slowly lower it back down to the starting position - thats one (1) repetition!
