Side Bends

Description :

Side bends is a very effective exercise for enhancing the look of your obliques


Steps :

1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding onto one dumbbell in your right hand.

2. Now, slowly lean to the right just to the point where a gentle stretch is felt along the left side of the waistline.

3. Pause for a second, and then return to an upright position and to the left side.
