Step Ups

Steps :

1. Stand straight while holding a dumbbell on each hand (neutral grip) .

2. Now, step on the platform with your right leg.

3. Use the heel mainly to lift the rest of your body up and place the foot of the left leg on the platform as well.

4. Then, step down with the left leg and return to standing position by placing the right foot to next to the left foot on the starting position.
