This exercise is a simple and easy to follow exercise for beginners to build their shoulder strength.
1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Bend your knees slightly for balance and keep your arms straight.
2. Now, shrug your shoulders straight up toward your ears as high as you can. Hold this position for one to two seconds. (Do not roll your shoulders backward).
3. Then, lower your shoulders back down to complete a repetition.
