Upright Rows

Description :

The upright row is a weight training exercise performed by holding a grips with the overhand grip and lifting it straight up to the collarbone.


Steps :

1. Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart. Hold dumbbells with a close overhand grip on each hand in front of your thighs.

2. Now, row the dumbbells up towards your chin and keeping your elbow higher than the dumbbells.
