This exercise generally targets your arms, chest, and core. But since you're using your fingertips, this exercise will definitely strengthen your forearms.
1. This is just a variation of your regular Planks. Lie face down in a pushup position.
2. Now, instead of using your palms to carry your weight, use your fingertips instead, next to your shoulders and your feet flexed with the bottoms of your toes on the floor.
3. After you have stabilized your position, you may now put your other hand at your back. Then, press into a push up and hold it with your one arm.
