Description :

The wrist curl is a weight training exercise for developing just the wrist flexor muscles of the forearm.


Steps :

1. Grab your dumbbells with an underhand grip. Now, lift the dumbbells with your wrists and hold it for a second.

2. After that, slowly lower it back down to the starting position - that's one (1) repetition!
