This exercise is a good way to tone those lower body muscles while engaging your core and doing a cardio workout.
1. Stand with the feet shoulder-width apart. Then, squat as if you were performing a normal squat. Engage your core and jump in the air explosively.
2. On landing lower the body back into the squat position and that is one repetition. Be careful to land with control and if there is any pain in knees stop immediately.
