1. Be in a half squat position. Then, jump sideways to the left, landing on your left leg while bringing your right leg behind your left ankle.

2. Also, don't let that leg behind touch the floor. After that, just reverse the direction by jumping to the right with your right leg and left leg behind it. This completes one repetition.
