The shoulder press is a weight training exercise, typically performed while standing, in which a weight is pressed straight upwards from the shoulders until the arms are locked out overhead.


Steps :

1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and carry dumbbells on each hand. Now, raise your dumbbell at about ninety (90) degrees, parallel with your shoulders.

2. Engage your core and start pressing up your dumbbells overhead. Then, bring down those weights into your starting position to complete a repetition.
