Plank Reaches

Description :

This is easy to do regular physical exercise activity. All you need is your willpower to start working out and avail beneficial effects of exercise.

This exercise improves the muscles in your back as well as in your core.

Steps :

1. Assume a planking position. Hold for a second a then slowly raise your right hand in front of you, fully extending it, and hold.

2. After that, slowly bring it down to your normal plank position and raise the other side.

3. Again, hold it and lower it down to your starting position.
