Plank Jacks

Description :

You can easily try this exercise at home. No gym equipments needed. This regular exercise will let you strengthen up your body muscles.

This exercise engages not only your cardiovascular strength, but as well as your core and lower body. This will definitely burn a lot of calories because lots of your muscles are in action!

Steps :

1. Start in the plank position but with the elbows bent and the weight resting on the forearms.

2. The body should form a straight line from the shoulders to the ankles. Engage your core by contracting your abs. Then, jump the feet out to the sides as if you were performing a jumping jack but keep the upper body still.

3. Lastly, return the feet to the starting position and that is one (1) repetition.
