Four Square Hops

Description :

This is the most beneficial exercise for daily workout schedule. Regular physical exercise is good for body.

This exercise is a good way to improve your agility while performing a cardio workout.


Steps :

1. Find a box of four (4) quadrants on the floor.

2. Hop to each corner of the box in a counterclockwise pattern around to the start position as quickly as possible. Then repeat, until desired repetitions or time reached.
