Steps :

1. Lie on your back with shoulders lift about five inches off the floor. Place your hands behind your buttocks for support with palms facing down.

2. Then begin raising your one of your legs upward and bringing it down while the other one moves in the opposite direction of the other. Just do it alternately like those of your kicks when you're swimming.
