Feet-Elevated Push Ups

Description :

This exercise strengthens most of your upper body muscles especially your chest.


Steps :

1. Lie on the floor facing down and place your hands on the floor.

2. To elevate your feet, place your toes on top of a flat bench. Now, lower yourself until your chest almost touches the floor.

3. Then, using your chest muscles, press your upper body back up to the starting position and squeeze your chest.
