1. Lie flat on your back on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart.

2. Place your hands on both sides of your head but do not locking your fingers on it to avoid pulling of the head.

3. Then, push a part of your back into the floor to engage your core and then just hold for a moment at the top then slowly move back down.
