Description :

This is the most basic exercise for anyone. Try adding this exercise to your workout routine to attain a healthy body.

This exercise stretches your quadriceps and hamstrings while giving you a cardio workout that increases your heart rate and body temperature.


Steps :

1. Stand with your feet pointed straight ahead and placed shoulder-width apart. Contract your glutes, jump up and bring your heel to your glutes. Just be careful not to arch your back while doing this.

2. Then, land softly and repeat until desired repetitions or time reached.
